Psychotherapy
53 minute session | $110*- $150 cash pay
*price for sessions with associate therapists
Our therapists work one-on-one with individuals to support the exploration of trauma histories, present-day patterns, and personal goals.
In the initial one or two sessions, you and your therapist will begin to get a sense of what feels most important to focus on and collaboratively develop a direction for your work together. From there, therapy is an evolving processβresponsive to your needs, your pace, and what emerges over time.
Session frequency varies depending on individual needs, goals, and level of support desired. The therapeutic approaches used are also tailored, drawing from different modalities based on what best supports your process.
To learn more about each therapistβs areas of focus and training, you can visit our team page, where youβll find an overview of each personβs specialities and the various modalities we draw from.
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
90 minutes - 2 hour session | $165*-$230
Ketamine is a medication commonly used at higher doses in emergency and surgical settings for its anesthetic properties. At lower, carefully administered doses, it can also support mental health treatment by facilitating either a psycholytic (defense-softening) or psychedelic experience.
In this context, ketamine may help reduce fear and resistance when approaching internal psychological material that is typically avoided. It can also temporarily shift rigid patterns of thinking and perception, allowing for increased psychological flexibility, emotional processing, and insight. For some individuals, this can support relief from symptoms associated with depression, PTSD, anxiety, eating disorders, and other conditions.
Our clinicians providing KAP are trained and experienced in supporting clients through the full arc of the process. This includes preparation work to support intention-setting, emotional readiness, creating a safe and supportive environment for the ketamine experience itself, and integration work afterward to help translate insights into meaningful and sustainable change.
Because ketamine is used as an adjunct to ongoing therapy, a screening process with both your therapist and a medical provider is required prior to beginning treatment. We view ketamine not as a standalone intervention, but as a supportive extension of the therapeutic work you are already engaged in.

βThe aim of psychotherapy is not to bring the patient to an impossible state of happiness, but to help him acquire steadfastness and philosophical patience in the face of suffering.β
