Psychotherapeutic Approach
I believe healing is something we experience, not just something we think about. My role is to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with themselves, recognize their own strength and wisdom, and move toward a life that feels more whole and authentic.
I’m especially passionate about working with individuals navigating trauma, addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and major life transitions. I have a deep interest in the mind-body connection and helping clients approach themselves with greater curiosity and compassion.
Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time in the mountains, exercising, reading, creating art, and being with my family. I value mindfulness, movement, connection, and continued growth—both personally and professionally.
