Psychotherapeutic Approach
I am a trauma therapist who believes in the wisdom and capacity of the human body, brain, mind, and spirit. We are built with an incredible ability to heal, and I see therapy as a space to uncover and reconnect with that capacity.
With experience in private practice, domestic violence, and crisis work, I offer a steady, patient presence for people navigating some of life’s most vulnerable moments. I don’t believe therapy has to be about forcing change or having all the answers. Instead, I want to help create enough safety and space for you to notice what is happening within you, trust what you discover, and see where it takes you.
I work with those navigating trauma, loss, and life transitions, balancing practical skill-building with deeper emotional healing. I use trauma-informed approaches, while remaining open to a holistic view of mental health. My goal is to help you manage what feels overwhelming now, understand underlying patterns, and reconnect with yourself along the way.
I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR, powerful approaches that can help the mind and body process painful experiences. For those experiencing grief, I am trained in Induced After-Death Communication (IADC). Together, we can make sense of what you’ve been through while finding practical ways forward.
